The Malthouse Cottage Isle of Wight bed and breakfast accommodation ( B&B ) and guest house,  is an 18th Century Building close to the centre of Shorwell village which is near the South West coast in a rural village setting.

Malthouse Cottage has Three Double Bedrooms,  a single bed can be added if available by prior arrangement. Outside to the front there is ample parking and to the rear is a quiet garden with seats, umbrella and table by the  stream. The village has a Public House which has a restaurant and a fine selection of beers and wines. The village is situated just under the chalk downs with fine walks and views. The nearest beach is 3.2 miles and the islands main town Newport is 5 miles away. There is a bus service through the village between Newport and Yarmouth (passes beaches) and a Post Office/General Store/Newsagent.
